Memberships and gift cards are 3%. Online product orders are 5%. A 2% processing fee is added to what the customer pays and is shown to them before they confirm.

The full fee schedule
Self Vibe does not currently charge business subscription fees. Online transaction fees are separate from the price of a partner's services or products. Amounts for Ghana transactions are in Ghana cedis (GHS).

The business platform fee is deducted from the amount payable to the business. The customer processing fee is added to the amount charged to the customer. Fees are rounded to the nearest pesewa. The GHS 1 appointment booking fee is part of the business platform fee, not an additional customer charge.
Pay-at-venue appointments and pay-on-collection product orders do not use this online payment fee schedule. Any separate fee must be disclosed before it applies. Earlier payments may have been made under an earlier fee schedule; their recorded payment breakdown continues to apply.
Review the fee breakdown and final amount shown before confirming payment. A displayed discount or separately agreed business rate may differ from these standard rates. Changes to fees will be communicated before they apply to new payments. Customer memberships are services sold by partners, not subscriptions to Self Vibe's business software.
Questions partners ask
What if my client pays at the venue instead?+
Then there is no online payment and this fee schedule does not apply — you keep the full amount. The same is true of a product order paid on collection.
Who pays the 2% processing fee?+
The customer. It is added on top of the amount they are charged, and it is shown to them before they confirm. It is never deducted from you.
Is the ₵1 booking fee charged to my client?+
No. The booking fee is part of the business platform fee deducted from your payout, not an extra charge to the customer.
If I take a deposit, do I pay the booking fee again on the balance?+
No. An online balance is charged 1% of the remaining amount with no second booking fee.
